I love music for film. Morricone was a giant in his field and this music is as big as the scenes it accompanied. The video is great for the glimpse it provides of two masters working together. Wonderful.

Bernard Herrmann is probably my favorite film composer. A few examples here why.

And finally the other great science fiction movie theme from Vangelis. And yes, I deliberately left off the theme from Star Wars. I'm not exactly a fan of Vangelis, but the music in Blade Runner is picture perfect.
